On May 31, 2012, Quick & Fresh Market, the retail store owned and operated by the Food Bank of Yolo County (FBYC) will close its doors. As a valued customer, client, and supporter of FBYC, we want to express our gratitude and appreciation for your support since the store first opened in December 2010.

Though we are saddened by the closure of Quick & Fresh, we are proud to be one of the first food banks to open a store of its kind. With the ability to serve those receiving CalFresh and WIC benefits, and to showcase the spectrum of “County Bounty” that our community has to offer, the Quick & Fresh experience was truly wonderful.

While we will no longer see you as a customer of the store, we know that you will continue to support the efforts of FBYC to alleviate hunger and malnutrition in Yolo County.

As a convenience, we are offering a 25% discount on Manas Meats and 50% discount on all other merchandise through the end of the month.

The Market is owned and operated by the Food Bank of Yolo County. We opened the store to fill a void in the service the Food Bank was already providing the Community. We are proud that we are locally owned. We also strive to employ residents of Yolo County to serve you at the Market, and all of our team members are English/Spanish bilingual.

With that in mind, we have a no questions asked policy of returns when you are unhappy with a product you buy from us. Simply bring it back, and we will replace it or give you a full refund.
